1. I have already registered but I still cannot log in, why?
Make sure to use a valid email address when registering and that you receive the confirmation email that you have successfully registered. Your account is still disabled after registration so please email our Customer Satisfaction Officers thru to enable it.

2. What are the minimum PC requirements to view the video?
Operating system: Win XP SP2, Win Vista, Win 7/8 Internet connection: wired connection at least 1.5 Mbps Video card: at least 256 MB

3. I have an iPhone or iPad and I cannot view the video on both devices.
You can watch and play on our site by using Puffin Browser on your iPhone/iPad. Simply go to the App Store and look for Puffin Browser.

4. How do I load my account?
Once your account is enabled, you can load it up to be able to play with other online players. The minimum amount to load is PhP2,000.00. Please check the advisory on the home page or contact our Customer satisfaction Officers on skype or email to get the details for this. Please check the Contact Us tab on the home page.

5. How do I join the online betting?
Wait for the status to go “Betting is open”. Once this is so, select the amount you want to bet on and click on the “BET” button on the side(MERON or WALA) and the odd (10-10, 8-10, 6-8, 8-11 and 2-3) that you would like to be on(MERON is coded red and WALA is coded blue for easy recognition).

NOTE: Your bet must be matched by another player to be engaged for a particular fight.
Once the betting is closed, the system will calculate the exact amount that has been matched for all odds and return all unmatched bets to your respective accounts. Likewise, if your bet is not matched and betting has been closed, your bet will be automatically returned to your account, as well. Kindly check the personal bet board to confirm if your bet has been matched or not after betting has been closed.

6. The fight was declared draw or has been cancelled on the arena, what happens to our bets?
The system will automatically return all bets on a drawn or cancelled fights. You can double check on your bet history for confirmation.

7. How do I cancel a bet?
Cancellation of a bet is possible while betting is still open and if and only if your bet has not been matched yet.

8. I cannot log in and get “username already taken”, what do I do?
Please contact our Customer Satisfaction Officers to inform them about the error.

9. I get an error “Arena is offline” and I have logged out several times but get the same error.
Please log out again and log back in completing the URL, to be able to hook up with the online arena.

10. How do I make the video bigger?
Just make a swift double click on the video or click the CTRL key while scrolling up on your mouse wheel.

11. I was logged out from the console, what happened?
The system will automatically log you out after 60 minutes of inactivity. Try to click on the reload or cancel button once in a while if you still will not join the betting.

12. How do I retrieve my password?
We cannot retrieve your password. What you can do is send us an email with the address you used for registration requesting for the password to be reset for the username concerned. Once done, you can now create a new password for your account.

13. Can I withdraw my winnings anytime?
Yes, you can withdraw anytime. HOWEVER, please take note that deductions from your account are made after the game. Should you decide to withdraw your winnings while the game is ongoing, please ensure that you still have sufficient amount left on your account when the game ends. Please send an email request to indicating your username, amount, recipient’s name and address and the remittance center you want to claim the money from. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours after a confirmation email has been sent to you.

14. Is it possible to transfer credits to another username?
